1 stalk of celery cut small pieces
2 cans of portabella mushrooms drained
2 cans of diced garlic tomatoes
4 large carrots cut small pieces
2 tablespoons of tumeric
2 tablespoons of barley powder
2 tablespoons of red pepper hot sauce
2 tablespoons of pepper
2 tablespoons of sea salt
