Book Review – The Raw Food Detox Diet
I just finished reading "The Raw Food Detox Diet" by Natalia Rose. Although I'm not too much into raw food diet, it was a fun read. I finished it in a week.

This is a great introduction book for people who are thinking about going raw. People think that they can instantly switch to raw diet without knowing the facts. But it is dangerous. Even the author admits that it took several years for her to go completely raw.
In this book, Natalia explains very well how to switch to raw diet without hurting yourself. She also tells you how food is processed throughout your system and its reaction. It was very informative. I've learned new things.
I don't think I'm going to switch to 100% raw, but I can definitely eat more raw. I'm already trying to eat about 30-50% of my meal raw. It's not easy, but with the recipes listed in this book, I think I can accomplish that. I've personally tried a few recipes from this book and it was easy. I've tried the Green Lemonade and Romaine Wraps. They were easy to make and tasted great. I think I will be drinking the Green Lemonade quite often in the morning.
I recommend this book even if you are not thinking about changing to the raw diet lifestyle. You will learn to eat healthier and how to make smart choice with your food choices.
Great book! I Loved It!
