    I totally believe that food does affect our skin, and it contributes to acne full swing. I know that with pms, that if i eat bad food, that my face breaks out severely. It gets so bad that i’m embarressed to go out in public. Any suggestions?

    I personally believe food does affect my skin. When I eat high sodium food, such as ramen noodle or hot dog, next day, it shows on my face badly.

    Well, I think you answered your question yourself. Stop eating bad food! But if you can’t completely stop them, try to identify which food is actually affecting your acne. I’ve done that for myself and it’s working for me.
